Registration Details

A $50 discount will be applied to any payments received from Chamber members on or before May 31, 2024. Non-members do not receive a discount and are not considered registered until payment has been received. Registration fees for Chamber member food vendors/food trucks are refundable, provided they do attend and stay open for the entire event. IMPORTANT: If you do not know your membership tier, please call the Chamber Office at (360) 426-2021. All registrations will be invoiced based on actual membership tier, regardless of selection made on this dropdown.
Priority placement will be given to participants with a storefront in the event area and to event sponsors. While the Chamber will make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot make any guarantee regarding location or proximity to partners/other participants; each request will be considered on a case by case basis.
Any signs provided by the Chamber must be returned at the conclusion of the event, for use at future events. Signs cannot be guaranteed for any signs requested after June 20, 2024 however every effort will be made to work with our print vendors to accommodate late requests.

Guidelines

GENERAL Vendors must staff their booth for the entirety of the event; it may not be left unattended. Vendors may choose a preferred booth size. Single booth spaces are approximately 10 feet deep or 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Double booth spaces are approximately 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep. NO EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED BY THE CHAMBER – vendor must supply their own tents, canopies, tables, chairs, etc. Vendors are encouraged to make sales and are responsible to provide their own equipment for sales processing. Only food vendors or nonprofits who have received express permission from the Chamber may distribute anything other than commercially pre-packaged candies. Exceptions may be made at the committee’s discretion for businesses in which food is integral to their services. Full refund will be given to cancellations received in writing before 5:00 PM on Monday, July 1, 2024. No refunds will be processed after that date. If the Chamber has provided a sign for your booth, it must be returned no later than Friday, July 26 or a $25 fee will be assessed. The Chamber reserves the right to include or deny any vendor at its sole discretion. SET UP Vendor spaces will be available for set up from 9:00-11:00 AM on Friday, July 19. Each vendor must check in with the Chamber upon arrival for booth assignment and any additional event information. Vendors are responsible to be entirely set up and showcase ready no later than 11:00 AM. TEAR DOWN Vendors may not begin taking down a booth, in part or in whole, prior to 6:30 PM. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth space following the event; trash containers will be provided for use. The booth space should appear in the same condition as upon arrival and all items must be removed prior to 7:30 PM on Friday, July 19. FOOD VENDORS Small portion or “bites” of your food (not a full meal) may be sold; the cost of each bite must be between $1-6. No area is available for food preparation. Vendors are expected to be entirely self-contained and comply with all health & safety guidelines and laws. Every effort will be made to place food vendors near restaurant locations. Vendors cooking with fire are required to provide a fire extinguisher for your space.
We (I, the applicant, and the business/organization I represent), hereby enter the Business Expo & Bite of Mason County at our own risk and will abide by all rules and regulations (AKA guidelines) of the Business Expo & Bite of Mason County and Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce as well as state and local laws and guidelines. We further agree that if any damages or loss be occasioned or damages occur from any cause, to the booth or table, merchandise, decoration, or articles that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim against the Business Expo & Bite of Mason County Committee, the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce, & City of Shelton: and we further agree to indemnify the aforementioned against any legal proceeding for personal injuries of property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever. The Chamber reserves the right to change, in part or whole, the event details (including location, times, guidelines, etc.) without notice or consideration.
