2018 Business Expo and Bite of Mason County

Registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.  Registration applications submitted after Friday, June 29 will receive a $50 late fee. The deadline to cancel and receive a full refund is Friday, July 6.  

IMPORTANT: There are a limited number of spaces reserved for non-profit members. Non-members must be paid in full to complete their registration; invoicing is only available to Chamber members, upon request.

NEW THIS YEAR: You must choose if you want to be in Vendor Group A (open from 11:00a - 6:00p) or Vendor Group B (open from 11:00a - 8:00p).

General Guidelines (check each item): *
 Booths may not be left unattended; you must staff your booth the entire event; Chamber staff may be notified for a restroom break or in case of an emergency.
 Single booth spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’. Double booth spaces are approximately 20’ x 10’.
 No equipment/supplies are provided by the Chamber; this includes tents, canopies, tables, chairs, etc. If you bring a tent, you are responsible to weigh it down.
 You are encouraged to make sales and are responsible to provide your own equipment for sales processing.
 Fundraising is not allowed at this event; however, you may provide information, sign up forms, etc.
 Only food vendors may distribute anything other than commercially prepackaged candies. Exceptions may be made at the committee’s discretion for businesses in which food is integral to their services.
 A full refund will be given to cancellations received in writing before by Friday, July 6, 2018. No refunds will be granted after that date.
 If the Chamber has provided a sign for your booth, it must be returned no later than Thursday, July 26 to avoid a $25 fee.
Set Up (check each item): *
 You may not take down your booth, in part or in whole, prior to your vendor group’s end time.
 Vendor Group A may break down after 6:00p.
 Vendor Group B may break down after 8:00p.
 You are responsible to clean your booth space following the event; it should appear in the same condition as upon arrival.
 All items must be removed prior to 9:00p on Friday, July 20.
Take Down (check each item): *
 You may not take down your booth, in part or in whole, prior to your vendor group’s end time.
 Vendor Group A may break down after 6:00p.
 Vendor Group B may break down after 8:00p.
 You are responsible to clean your booth space following the event; it should appear in the same condition as upon arrival.
 All trash must be taken to garbage areas.
 All items must be removed prior to 9:00p on Friday, July 20.
Food Vendors Only (check each item):
 Small portion or “bites” of your food (not a full meal) may be sold; the cost of each bite must be between $1-6.
 No area is available for food preparation. You will be entirely self-contained and comply with all health & safety guidelines and laws.
 Vendors cooking with fire are required to provide a fire extinguisher for your space.

We (I, the applicant, and the business I represent), hereby enter the Business Expo & Bite of Mason County at our own risk and will abide by all rules and regulations of the Business Expo & Bite of Mason County and Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce. We further agree that if any damages or loss be occasioned or damages occur from any cause, to the booth or table, merchandise, decoration or articles that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim therefore against the Business Expo & Bite of Mason County Committee, the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce, and/or the City of Shelton: and we further agree to indemnify to hold harmless the Business Expo & Bite of Mason County, the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Shelton against any legal proceeding for personal injuries of property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever. We understand we have no larger than an 10’x10’ space (per booth). If it is deemed by Chamber personnel that my marketing material or merchandise is unacceptable, I will not be allowed to participate and I will not be entitled to a refund. The Chamber reserves the right to change, in part or whole, the event details (including location, times, guidelines, etc.) without notice or consideration.
