1. CURRENT INSURANCE COVERAGE. PLEASE ATTATCH TO APPLICATION. 2. FIRE EXTINGUISHER WITH EVERY MOTORIZED UNIT. 3. NOTHING THROWN TO CROWDS (may be handed to crowd). 4. ALL ENTRIES MUST USE TACT AND GOOD TASTE AT ALL TIMES. 5. ALL ANIMAL UNITS MUST PROVIDE ELVES TO ADEQUATELY PICK UP WASTE. 6. UNITS NEED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE WALKING ESCORT. 7. NO SANTA WITH YOUR UNIT!!!
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
I (we) WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE Christmas Town Parade. The individual (S) or organization identified herein shall, as a condition for participation, indemnify and hold harmless all and employees and volunteers associated with the ChristmanTown Parade Committee, SheltonMason County Chamber of Commerce, The City of Shelton, all employees and volunteers associated with the ChristmasTown Parade, from any and all claims, suits, losses, damage or expense on account of bodily injury or property damage arising out of participation in the ChristmasTown Parade. Further, the said individual(s) or organization will defend on behalf the SheltonMason County Chamber of Commerce, Mason County, the City of Shelton and all persons associated with the ChristmasTown Parade Committee, all claims or suits for bodily injury or property damage arising out of their participation. The ChristmasTown Parade committee reserves the right to refuse entry to the 2007 ChristmasTown Parade at any time.
